Jason Havens

Pastor

Pastor Jason Havens has been the pastor at Maple Springs Baptist Church since March, 2011. He also teaches Junior and Senior Bible at Neuse Christian Academy in Raleigh, NC. He was previously a full time Christian school teacher and was a youth pastor for 4 years.

Pastor Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Religion (Liberty University) and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling (Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary). His specific counseling focus is pre-marital counseling. He is a certified trainer in the Prepare-Enrich assessment tool for marriage counseling.

Pastor Jason is married to his high school sweetheart, Joanna, and they have two children, Kayla and Camden. As a native of Louisburg, Pastor Jason has a desire to see this county changed and drawn to the Savior.
